Credit Suisse takes 80% stake in AMF for $384m

Credit Suisse on Tuesday declared an agreement to take an 80% stake in Asset Management Finance from National Bank Financial of Canada in exchange for $384m (€261m) in newly issued stock of the Swiss bank.
