Northstar restructures $1.3bn Indonesian deal

Indonesia’s influential Bakrie family on Friday declared a strategic tie-up with Northstar Pacific, replacing a deal to sell $1.3bn (€1bn) stake in Bumi Resources to the buyout firm.
