Toscafund wins restructure vote for flagship assets

Investors in the flagship hedge fund of Toscafund Asset Management have overwhelmingly voted in favour of splitting the portfolio in two, as a growing number of hedge funds seek to stave off the threat of selling assets in falling markets to raise cash for redemptions.
